If you believe that material appearing on our website was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our DMCA Agent. To be effective, a counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.

Repeated Infringement
CostInsightHub takes copyright concerns seriously. If multiple valid infringement notices are received regarding the same content or source, we may remove that content and restrict further access to it as appropriate. We evaluate each notice carefully and will act to protect intellectual property rights consistent with the DMCA. Because our site does not host user accounts or public submissions, any removal decisions are applied directly to the relevant content on our pages.
Accommodation of Standard Technical Measures
We accommodate and do not interfere with standard technical measures used by copyright owners to identify or protect copyrighted works, consistent with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i).
Misrepresentations
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages.
